Speakers
The Game Connect: Asia Pacific (GCAP) 2009 Conference Committee is seeking expressions of interest from potential speakers interested in being involved in this important industry event.
The GDAA is looking for persons to present speaking sessions, panels and workshops in the fields of:
- Technical Innovation and Programming
- Art Innovation and Best Practice
- Advances in Game Design
- Writing and Scripting
- Project Management
- Serious Games in Defence, Health, Education and Simulation
- Business Development and Marketing; and
- Other areas directly relevant to the Art, Science and Business of game development
Prospective speakers and panelists are invited to submit a one page abstract (maximum 200 words) outlining their presentation goals and most suitable theme, and include contact details (name, official position or job title, phone number, email) and a brief biography (maximum 50 words). These materials can be emailed directly to mmcnabb@gdaa.com.au.
All abstracts should be submitted by no later than Thursday, 13th August 2009 and notification of successful submissions will be provided by 1st September 2009.
